氯磺酚S是光度法测铌的最佳试剂之一,选用717型阴离子交换树脂富集试液中铌与氯磺酚S的配合物,用自行设计的反射散射附件与722型分光光度计联用直接测定树脂相上的反射散射值AR,设计了一种新的固相反射散射光度法。并将方法用于低合金钢、化探样、磁铁矿样品中低含量铌的测定,取得较好的效果。

A solid phase reflective diffusion photometric method for the determination of niobium is studied in this paper. Chlorosulfophenol S is used as a chromogenic reagent for Nb(V), and the complex formed in a HCltartaric acid medium is adsorbed on a definite amount of 717 anion exchange resin. The reflective absorbance AR of the anion exchange resin is then determined at a wavelength of 630nm using a self-made reflective diffusion accessory installed with the 722 spectrophotometer. The method has been used in the determination of niobium in the
alloy steel and in geological samiples with satisfactory results.
