股骨近端X-Ray图像若干特征的提取是实现计算机控制下的股骨近端骨折自动整复的基本前提.针对股骨近端X-Ray图像的特点,对图像进行一种能够保持边缘的滤波去噪和阈值自动选取的局部二值化,为搜索关键点设计了小窗口内滑算法,从而计算出股骨体的方向和宽度特征.实验表明,该方法简单、快速、有效.

The extraction of several features of X- Ray image of thighbone's near end is the essential premise of automatic fracture correction of thighbone's near end by computer control. In order to extract these features, this paper presents a method. First,noise of the image is reduced by a filter, which can preserve the edge. Second, the area in a rectangle window is thresholded and the threshold is determined automatically. Finally, the key points are located by a moving little window slider, and then the direction and width of thighbone body are worked out. The experimental results show that this approach is simple, fast and effective.
