研究了酸洗缓蚀剂分子结构对缓蚀效果的影响,构造了缓蚀剂构效关系的人工神经网络模型(ANN),仅从直观的分子结构出发,通过实验方法,检测不同分子结构的有机缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率,分析分子结构及金属表面的状况对缓蚀效率的影响,该结果用于氨基缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率预测系统.

The relation between the structure and efficiancy of the inhibitors in acid solution can be constructed based on the model of artificial neuro-network(ANN). The inhibitors with varied molecule structures were detected by experiments, then the influence of the molecule structure of the inhibitor and the surface condition of the metals on the efficiancy of the inhibitors was evaluated. The results can be used for forecasting the inhibition efficiancy of the amino-group inhibitors system.
