基于梁的理论和裂纹在异材界面上拐折与扩展条件,对叠层结构陶瓷弯曲试件的强度与韧性进行了力学分析,获得叠层结构中陶瓷基片和界面层的材料性能、结构几何参数与叠层结构弯曲强度、韧性间的定量解析关系,给出相应的影响曲线,并对Si3 N4/BN叠层结构四点弯曲试样断裂功的理论值与实验结果作对比讨论.
基于樑的理論和裂紋在異材界麵上枴摺與擴展條件,對疊層結構陶瓷彎麯試件的彊度與韌性進行瞭力學分析,穫得疊層結構中陶瓷基片和界麵層的材料性能、結構幾何參數與疊層結構彎麯彊度、韌性間的定量解析關繫,給齣相應的影響麯線,併對Si3 N4/BN疊層結構四點彎麯試樣斷裂功的理論值與實驗結果作對比討論.

Based on theory of beam and crocking and kinking condition of crack in bimaterial interfaces, the mechanics analysis is made on strength and toughness of multilayer structure ceramics in symmetric four-point bending. An analytic relation that relates strength, toughness of the bending specimen and material properties, structure's geometric parameters of the ceramic sheet and interfacial layer is obtained. Finally, the corresponding relative curves are given and the theoretical value of fracture work for Si3 N4/BN multilayer structure is compared with the experimental result.
