基于籼稻品种圭630与粳稻品种台湾粳杂交产生的一个包含111个株系的加倍单倍体(DH)群体,构建了一个水稻RFLP连锁图谱.该图谱(记为DH图谱)含有175个RFLP座位,全长1224.6 cM,相邻标记间平均距离7.0 cM.用于RFLP分析的探针选自分别由日本水稻基因组计划(RGP)和美国康耐尔大学(CU)构建的2个水稻图谱.9个染色体区域发现明显的偏分离,但DH图谱与RGP和CU图谱之间仍表现出较好的共线性.因此,DH图谱可以作为那2张图谱之间遗传信息相互沟通的桥梁.本图谱还可用于对水稻中控制重要农艺性状的数量性状基因座的定位和分析.

An RFLP marker linkage map of rice was constructed based on a population of 111 doubled haploid (DH) lines derived from a cross between an indica rice variety Gui 630 and a japonica rice variety Taiwanjing.The map (designated DH map) consists of 175 RFLP loci,covering a total length of 1 224.6 cM,with an average space of 7.0 cM between adjacent markers.DNA probes used for the RFLP analysis were chosen from two existing rice maps constructed by Rice Genome Research Project (RGP) of Japan and Cornell University (CU) of USA,respectively.Segregation distortion was observed in 9 chromosomal segments.Nevertheless,the DH map still shows good colinearity with the RGP and the CU maps.So the DH map could serve as a bridge for the cross-reference of genetic information between the two maps.The DH map is also useful for the mapping and analysis of quantitative trait loci controlling important agronomic traits in rice.
