Comprehensive vehicle dynamics models and traffic environments were developed. It consists of the development of longitudinal dynamics of a passenger vehicle and traffic model with PC-based graphical interface simulator software. The vehicle models include traction model, power-train model and brake model. The traffic environments include the motorway traffic flow model and the driver behavior model. The integrated system provides comprehensive simulation support for vehicle control systems development.
