为解决特殊嵌入式计算机在非ATX电源供电情况下,因非安全开关机造成的系统崩溃、损坏文件系统等问题,设计一种基于COM Express模块的非ATX电源安全开关机方法。通过控制PS_ON引脚来开启或关闭电源,给出安全开关机单元原理框图,从开关控制单元设计、CPLD控制单元设计对硬件进行设计介绍,并使用VerilogHDL语言进行软件设计,并已成功应用于某型号项目中。结果表明:该方法有效可行,能实现物理开关机转换为软开关机功能,保证系统的安全关机。

In order to solve the problem of system crash, damaging file system due to non-safety power on and shutdown in the special embedded computer system which supplied by non-ATX power, a safety power on and shutdown design was put forward based on COM Express module in a non-ATX power supply system. It controls PS_ON pin to turn on or turn off the power. This paper give block diagram of the safety switch unit and introduce the hardware design of the switch control unit, CPLD control unit. It uses VerilogHDL language to design the software. This solution has been successfully applied to a project. The results show that the method is effective and feasible. It can change physical switching function and ensure system safety shutdown.
