存储扩展是容灾的基础,为克服光纤通道与扩展网络流量控制不同步对存储扩展性能的影响,提出了一种改进的光纤通道存储扩展流量控制方法,根据扩展网关中缓存队列长度与设定的队列高、低门限值间的关系调整Credit更新频率.建立了基于OPNET的仿真模型,仿真结果表明:改进的流量控制方法能降低数据的排队时延,提高存储扩展的性能.

Storage extension is the basis of disaster recovery,in order to prevent it from the performance degradation caused by the asynchronism of flow control between fibre channel and extension network. This paper presented an improved flow control mechanism in gateway for storage extension, the new method regulated the updating frequency of Credit according to the relation between the queue length and it's high or low limit marker. An simulation model for improved flow control is established based on OPNET, simulation results show that the improved flow control method can effectively improve the performance of storage extension and decrease the queuing latency of fibre channel frame in extension gateway.
