目的 观察金花茶种子不同提取物对激素相关性肿瘤体外抑制作用.方法 采用噻唑蓝比色法(MTT)检测金花茶种子不同提取物对人宫颈癌HeLa S3细胞和人前列腺癌PC3 细胞增殖的影响.结果 金花茶种子乙醇提取物、正丁醇部分和水溶部分都显示了较强的抑制人宫颈癌HeLa S3细胞和人前列腺癌PC3 细胞增殖的作用,其IC50分别为85.88,67.62,55.71 μg/ml和63.06,56.20,68.53 μg/ml,且抑制作用和样品浓度呈量效关系.结论 金花茶种子乙醇提取物的正丁醇部分和水溶部分在体外对激素相关性肿瘤具有抑制作用,为其抗癌活性的有效部位.

Objective To investigate the inhibitive effect of the seeds of Camellia chrysantha (Hu) Tuyama on Gonadal Hormones dependent tumour in vitro. Methods HeLa S3 cells were cultivated in RPMI 1640 medium containing 10% fetal calf serum, PC3 cells were cultivated in DMEM medium containing 10% fetal calf serum. The anti-proliferative effect of the seeds of Camellia chrysantha (Hu) Tuyama on HeLa S3 cells and PC3 cells were analyzed by MTT assay. Results EtOH extract, BuOH fraction and H2O fraction from the EtOH extract from the seeds of Camellia chrysantha (Hu) Tuyama could significantly inhibit the proliferation of HeLa S3 cells and PC3 cells at IC50 concentration of 85.88, 67.62, 55.71 μg/ml and 63.06, 56.20, 68.53 μg/ml, respectively and a dose-dependent relationship between inhibitive ability and sample concentration. Conclusion BuOH fraction and H2O fraction from the EtOH extract from the seeds of Camellia chrysantha (Hu) Tuyama are effective for anticancer.
