[目的]建立冬枣的离体快繁体系.[方法]分别以休眠期一年生冬枣枝条茎段、生长季新梢茎段及水培休眠期一年生枝条幼芽为材料筛选最佳外植体,并对其进行增殖及生根培养,研究不同培养基对其增殖及生根的影响.[结果]水培休眠期一年生枝条幼芽为冬枣组织培养的最佳外植体;继代培养30 d后,MS+AC 0.3 g/L+BA 1.5 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+CM 50 ml/L增殖培养基中组培苗生长最快,苗高达到(4.55±0.40)cm,且组培苗生长健壮,叶色正常;1/2MS+IBA1.5 mg/L培养基中组培苗产生的根系数量最多,且根最长,培养21 d后根系数量达(5.90+0.73)条,培养42 d后新生根长度达(4.50+0.31)cm.[结论]冬枣外植体的最佳增殖和生根培养基分别为MS+AC 0.3 g/L+BA 1.5 +KT 0.5 +CM 50 ml/L和0.5 MS+IBA1.5.

[목적]건입동조적리체쾌번체계.[방법]분별이휴면기일년생동조지조경단、생장계신소경단급수배휴면기일년생지조유아위재료사선최가외식체,병대기진행증식급생근배양,연구불동배양기대기증식급생근적영향.[결과]수배휴면기일년생지조유아위동조조직배양적최가외식체;계대배양30 d후,MS+AC 0.3 g/L+BA 1.5 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+CM 50 ml/L증식배양기중조배묘생장최쾌,묘고체도(4.55±0.40)cm,차조배묘생장건장,협색정상;1/2MS+IBA1.5 mg/L배양기중조배묘산생적근계수량최다,차근최장,배양21 d후근계수량체(5.90+0.73)조,배양42 d후신생근장도체(4.50+0.31)cm.[결론]동조외식체적최가증식화생근배양기분별위MS+AC 0.3 g/L+BA 1.5 +KT 0.5 +CM 50 ml/L화0.5 MS+IBA1.5.
[Objective] The study was to establish the fast reproductive system for Ziziphus jujuba Mill cv. dongzao. [Method] With the stems of one year old branch of Z. jujuba Mill cv. dongzao in dormant period, stems of new shoot in growing season and plumules on water cultured one year old branch that taken in dormant period as the materials, the optimum explants for tissue culture were selected, and then the explants were cultured in the multiplication and rooting mediums. The effects of different mediums on multiplication and rooting of explants were studied. [Result] The plumules on water cultured one year old branch that taken in dormant period was the optimum explants for tissue culture of Z. jujuba Mill cv. dongzao. After 30 d of subculture, the tissue culture seedlings of Z. jujuba Mill cv. dongzao in medium of MS+AC 0.3 g/L+BA 1.5 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+CM 50 ml/L grew most rapidly with seedling height of (4.55±0.40) cm, and the seedlings were strong with normal leaf color. The root quantity of tissue culture seedlings in medium of 1/2MS+IBA 1.5 mg/L was the most and the roots were the longest. After 21 d of culture, the root quantity of seedlings in the medium reached (5.90+0.73) strips, and the length of roots reached (4.5+0.31) cm after 42 d of culture. [Conclusion] The optimum multiplication and rooting medium for Z. jujuba Mill cv. dongzao were MS+AC 0.3 g/L+BA 1.5 +KT 0.5 +CM 50 ml/L and 0.5 MS+IBA 1.5 resp.
