目的 观察高频电刀切除牙龈瘤的近期及远期疗效.方法 选择门诊牙龈瘤患者32例,用高频电刀行牙龈瘤切除术,术后随访1年,观察牙龈瘤复发的情况.结果 术后2周创面愈合良好,随访1年,1例复发,再行高频电刀切除,再无复发.结论 高频电刀切除牙龈瘤对牙周组织损伤小,不用拔除累及的牙齿,术中出血少,术后复发率低,值得临床推广应用.

목적 관찰고빈전도절제아간류적근기급원기료효.방법 선택문진아간류환자32례,용고빈전도행아간류절제술,술후수방1년,관찰아간류복발적정황.결과 술후2주창면유합량호,수방1년,1례복발,재행고빈전도절제,재무복발.결론 고빈전도절제아간류대아주조직손상소,불용발제루급적아치,술중출혈소,술후복발솔저,치득림상추엄응용.
Objective To observe the short term and long term effects of high frequency electric knife for epulis excision.Methods 32 cases of epulis were chosen and had epulis resection using high frequency electricity knife,after postoperative follow-up for one year,the recurrence condition was studied.Results 2 weeks after operation,the wounds healed well,after one year follow-up study,recurrencewas found in 1 case,and after another high frequency electric knife resection,no recurrence ever occurred.Conclusions High frequency electric knife for excision of epulis only has slight damage to periodontal tissue,without removal of affected teeth,with less bleeding and postoperative recurrence rate is low,it is worthy of clinical application.
