目的分析延安地区春节期间因烟花爆竹所致的眼外伤的临床特点.方法对近6年春节燃放烟花爆竹炸伤眼者,结合其临床表现按性别、年龄、致伤特点、致伤时间进行归纳分析.结果共120例(128眼).男112例(93.33％),女8例(0.67％).≤10岁者5例(6眼),11～20岁者37例(40眼),21 ～40岁者72例(75眼),＞40岁者6例(7眼).眼球开放性损伤18例(18眼),眼球闭合性损伤102例(110眼).视力丧失13例(15眼).致伤时间一般集中在除夕夜、正月初一、正月初五及正月十五4个时间点.结论春节期间发生的烟花爆竹伤以15～35岁左右的男性居多,损伤严重,及时正确的治疗虽然可取得良好效果,但单眼致残者仍不可避免,应坚持不懈加强预防宣传,提高自我保护意识.

Objective To analyze the ocular trauma caused by fireworks during the Spring Festival.Methods Analyzing the sex and the age of patients,the characteristic and the time of ocular traumas during the last 6 Spring Festivals in Yan' an.Results In 120 patienst(128 eyes),112 cases(93.33％)were male,and 8 cases(0.67％)were female; ＜ 10 years:5 cases 6 eyes,(4.17％);11-20 years:37 cases 40 eyes,(30.83％);21-40 years:72 cases 75 eyes,(60％); ＞40 years:6 cases 7 eyes,(5％).Moreover,open ocular injury were 18 cases 18 eyes,(14.06％),closed ocular injury were 102 cases 110 eyes,(85.94％);and 15 eyes(10.83％)resulted in blindness.The time of injury were mainly in the Eve of the New Year,the first day,the fifth day,the fifteenth day of the Lunar New Year.Conclusion The wounded by fireworks during the Spring Festival are mainly men of 15-35 years old,and the trauma is serious.It will be getting good therapeutic effect if being given good treatment in time,but the incidence rate of single eye being blind is high.So people should strengthen the precaution and protect themselves against injures.
