目的研究担子菌黄卷缘齿菌Hydnum repandum的化学成分.方法通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、反相硅胶柱色谱分离化合物,运用氢谱、碳谱、二维核磁共振(1H-1HCOSY,HMQC,HMBC,NOESY)、质谱、高分辨质谱、旋光鉴定结果.结果共分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别是:sarcodonin A(Ⅰ)、scabronine B(Ⅱ)、3β-羟基-5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅲ)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-,5α,6β-三醇(Ⅳ)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅴ)、苯甲酸(Ⅵ)、对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅶ)、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(Ⅷ)、乙基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)、硫代乙酸酐(Ⅹ)、(2S,2'R,3S,4R)-2-(2-羟基-十八碳酰胺)二十二碳烷-1,3,4-三醇(Ⅺ).结论所有化合物都是首次在黄卷缘齿菌中分到.
目的研究擔子菌黃捲緣齒菌Hydnum repandum的化學成分.方法通過硅膠、Sephadex LH-20、反相硅膠柱色譜分離化閤物,運用氫譜、碳譜、二維覈磁共振(1H-1HCOSY,HMQC,HMBC,NOESY)、質譜、高分辨質譜、鏇光鑒定結果.結果共分離鑒定瞭11箇化閤物,分彆是:sarcodonin A(Ⅰ)、scabronine B(Ⅱ)、3β-羥基-5α,8α-過氧麥角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅲ)、(22E,24R)-麥角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-,5α,6β-三醇(Ⅳ)、(22E,24R)-麥角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅴ)、苯甲痠(Ⅵ)、對羥基苯甲醛(Ⅶ)、對羥基苯甲痠乙酯(Ⅷ)、乙基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)、硫代乙痠酐(Ⅹ)、(2S,2'R,3S,4R)-2-(2-羥基-十八碳酰胺)二十二碳烷-1,3,4-三醇(Ⅺ).結論所有化閤物都是首次在黃捲緣齒菌中分到.

Objective To study the chemical constituents of the fruiting bodies of Hydnum repandum.Methods Separation and purification were performed on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS CC. Their sturctures were established by 2D-NMR (1H-1HCOSY, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY), MS, HR-MS spectra, and ORD data. Results Eleven compounds were obtained and identified as sarcodonin A ( Ⅰ ),scabronine B (Ⅱ), 3β-hydroxy-5α, 8α-epidioxyergosta-6, 22-dien (Ⅲ), (22E, 24R)-ergosta-7, 22-diene3β, 5α, 6β- triol (Ⅳ), (22E, 24R)-ergosta-7, 22-diene-3β-ol (Ⅴ), benzoic acid (Ⅵ), 4-hydroxylbenzaldehyde (Ⅶ), 4-monopropanoylbenzenediol (Ⅷ), ethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅸ), thioacetic anhydride ( Ⅹ ), (2S, 2'R, 3S, 4R)-2-(2-hydroxyoctadecanoylamino) docosane-1, 3, 4-triol (Ⅺ). Conclusion All of the compounds are isolated from this fungus for the first time.
