　　目的探讨临床护理路径在口腔颌面部损伤患者中的应用效果。方法根据住院号的奇偶数将100例患者随机分为路径组和对照组，每组各50例。路径组患者实施临床护理路径，传统组采用常规护理方法。比较两组患者健康教育知识的知晓率，满意率和平均住院时间的差异。结果路径组患者健康教育知识知晓率、满意率高于对照组，平均住院时间低于对照组，两组比较，均 P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论临床护理路径应用于口腔颌面部损伤患者的护理，规范了护理行为，增强了护理人员的责任感，提高了患者满意度和护理质量，缩短了患者住院时间。

Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway on oral and maxillofacial trauma.Methods One hundred inpatients were assigned according to the odd or even number of registration into the experiment group and the control group equally.The experiment group received clinical nursing pathway while the control one routine nursing.Results The rates of awareness of health education and satisfaction in the experiment group were significantly higher than the control group and the average stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway used in the care of oral and maxillofacial trauma may standardize the manipulations of nursing care,enhance the nursing staff's sense of responsibility, and promote the patients' satisfaction,as well as the quality of care.
