目的 探讨64层螺旋CT对冠状动脉疾病的诊断价值.方法 对45例[男29例,女16例,年龄60～86(73.1±5.3)岁]冠心病疑似患者在7 d内进行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影(CTA)及常规冠状动脉造影(CAG),对冠状动脉的右冠状动脉、左主干、左前降支和回旋支进行检查.以CAG结果为金标准,分析64层螺旋CT诊断>50%的冠状动脉狭窄的准确性.结果 CTA评价>50%冠状动脉狭窄的敏感性为94.0%,特异性为94.0%,阳性预测值为69.6%,阴性预测值为94.0%,符合率为78.8%.结论 64层螺旋CT对老年冠状动脉疾病患者具有较高的诊断价值,可作为评价冠状动脉狭窄的一种无创检查.
目的 探討64層螺鏇CT對冠狀動脈疾病的診斷價值.方法 對45例[男29例,女16例,年齡60～86(73.1±5.3)歲]冠心病疑似患者在7 d內進行64層螺鏇CT冠狀動脈造影(CTA)及常規冠狀動脈造影(CAG),對冠狀動脈的右冠狀動脈、左主榦、左前降支和迴鏇支進行檢查.以CAG結果為金標準,分析64層螺鏇CT診斷>50%的冠狀動脈狹窄的準確性.結果 CTA評價>50%冠狀動脈狹窄的敏感性為94.0%,特異性為94.0%,暘性預測值為69.6%,陰性預測值為94.0%,符閤率為78.8%.結論 64層螺鏇CT對老年冠狀動脈疾病患者具有較高的診斷價值,可作為評價冠狀動脈狹窄的一種無創檢查.
목적 탐토64층라선CT대관상동맥질병적진단개치.방법 대45례[남29례,녀16례,년령60～86(73.1±5.3)세]관심병의사환자재7 d내진행64층라선CT관상동맥조영(CTA)급상규관상동맥조영(CAG),대관상동맥적우관상동맥、좌주간、좌전강지화회선지진행검사.이CAG결과위금표준,분석64층라선CT진단>50%적관상동맥협착적준학성.결과 CTA평개>50%관상동맥협착적민감성위94.0%,특이성위94.0%,양성예측치위69.6%,음성예측치위94.0%,부합솔위78.8%.결론 64층라선CT대노년관상동맥질병환자구유교고적진단개치,가작위평개관상동맥협착적일충무창검사.
Objective To evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of 64-slice spiral CT in detecting coronary artery stenoses.Methods Forty-five patients[29 male,16 female;aged 60～86(73.1±5.3)years]with suspected coronary artery disease underwent coronary angiography and 64-slice spiral CT.The meantime span between coronary angiography(CAG)and CT angiography (CTA) was 7days.Evaluation of right coronary artery(RCA),left main(LM),left anterior descending artery(LAD),and circus flex branch(CX),was performed by two.All vessels with a lumenre striction of>50% was considered as a significant stenosis.Invasive coronary angiography was taken as gold mark for calculations of diagnostic accuracy.Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in diagnosing>50% coronary stenosis was 94.0%,94.0%,69.6%,94.0% and 78.8% respectively.Conclusion The 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography is an effective and noninvasive examining technique with high image quality.It could be used in diagnosing accurately CHD.
