基于电磁推力机构的快速开关,在电力系统的诸多领域具有广阔的应用前景.提出并研究了一种用于真空开关的音圈电动机式脉冲推力机构,具有结构简单、动作速度快、易于控制等优点.该推力机构的控制系统由基于电力电子PWM技术的可控脉冲放电电源和反馈控制器组成.针对开关触头分、合闸速度的最优跟踪控制,提出了无速度传感器的直接电磁力反馈控制方法;仿真结果表明,该方法利于实现动态过程优化并可获得较高的动作速度.设计了可控旁路放电的电磁缓冲方案,可有效解决触头的颤振问题.

Electromagnetic repulsion mechanism-based fast switch will find wide applications in many fields of power systems. A new permanent magnet-based motor-coil repulsion mechanism is proposed for vacuum circuit breakers, with preferable merits of simple structure, fast operation speed and high controllability. The control system of the mechanism is composed of a controllable pulsed discharge voltage source based on power electronics PWM technique and a feedback controller. With regard to optimal tracking control of switching speed of moving contacts, a methodology of direct driving force control without speed sensors is presented, simulation results of which show it is convenient for realizing dynamic optimization and fast operation. An electromagnetic relaxation scheme of triggered bypass discharge is designed to effectively counteract the bouncing phenomenon in impact of moving contacts.
