通过对常州轨道交通企业的专利数量及类型、专利申请趋势、专利技术领域分布、关键技术专利分布及申请人分布的统计分析,可知常州轨道交通企业存在专利申请量少、企业专利意识不强、拥有专利的企业数量少、关键技术领域专利申请量低等劣势,但在个别辅助产品领域的研发能力突出,针对优势和不足提出相应的发展对策和建议。

Based on the relevant patent statistical analysis of the quantity, variety, the trend, the technology and patentees distribution of rail transit industry in Changzhou, the article expounds both the advantages, such as the competitive R and D in certain auxiliary products, and the disadvantages, such as the patent application, the enterprises＇ patent awareness needs improving; the enterprises with patents are only a few and the patent applications of key technologies are only a few, of transit industry in Cliangzhou, and proposes some countermeasures to develop taft transit industry in Changzhou.
