目的探讨三维重建成年健康女性肛提肌,为从力学角度进一步认识女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)的临床作用.方法选取本中心招募的1例健康女性志愿者为研究对象.采用MRI对其进行盆底组织结构扫描,获取层厚为0.8 mm的序列图像,采用医学图像重建软件MIMICS建立盆底组织结构的三维几何模型.结果采用MRI对受试者盆底组织进行超薄横截面位扫描,共计获取192幅图像资料.再对MRI采集的肛提肌组织结构序列图像资料经三维重建获取理想肛提肌三维模型.通过配准和布尔运算获取包含肛提肌、骨盆和闭孔内肌的盆底整体三维结构模型.结论所建肛提肌三维几何结构可真实反映健康女性盆底组织解剖构型,具有一定代表性,可为女性盆底组织的结构的进一步力学分析,奠定基础.

Objective To establish a three dimensional model of the m.levator ani and provide an initial preparatory work to further know pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) in terms of mechanics.Methods A healthy female as a volunteer we gained series of MRI,the thickness between layers is 0.8mm by scanning her pelvic floor and obtained the three dimensional reconstructive model by using the medical imaging software MIMICS.Results The independent three-dimensional geometric structure of the m.levator ani was obtained from a healthy female.Conclusions The obtained three-dimensional model of the m.levator ani reflects its true anatomical structure, which has the certain representation and will establish the foundation for the further mechanical analysis for it.
