细胞间黏附因子-1是免疫球蛋白超家族成员之一,介导炎症细胞的黏附、渗出,并选择性募集于病理损伤组织,促进细胞因子及炎性物质的释放,在急性肺损伤及肺缺血灌注损伤中发挥重要作用.近年来越来越多的研究发现,细胞间黏附因子-1与慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺癌的转移、支气管哮喘及肺纤维化等亦密切相关,参与多种肺部疾病的发生、发展.
細胞間黏附因子-1是免疫毬蛋白超傢族成員之一,介導炎癥細胞的黏附、滲齣,併選擇性募集于病理損傷組織,促進細胞因子及炎性物質的釋放,在急性肺損傷及肺缺血灌註損傷中髮揮重要作用.近年來越來越多的研究髮現,細胞間黏附因子-1與慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺癌的轉移、支氣管哮喘及肺纖維化等亦密切相關,參與多種肺部疾病的髮生、髮展.

Intercellular adhesion molecules-1 (ICAM-1) is a member of immunoglobulin superfamily,which mediates leucocytes adhesion and rolling,and recruites leukocytes to the inflamed tissue,and promotes the release of the inflammatory mediators,and it plays an important role in acute lung injury and lung ischemia reperfusion injury.Recent researches have estimated that ICAM-1 is also involved in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,metastasis of lung cancer,bronchial asthma,pulmonary fibrosis and other dieases.ICAM-1 is correlated with respiratory system diseases.
