为提高千层塔产黄青霉属内生真菌SHB液体发酵产石杉碱甲的产量,通过单因子和正交试验研究了真菌SHB液体发酵的条件.结果表明,千层塔内生真菌SHB液体发酵产石杉碱甲的适宜条件:温度为 28 ℃,起始pH为 6.4,接种量为12%,种龄为 48 h,转速为 160 r/min,发酵时间为 8 d.在此条件下,石杉碱甲的产量可达 4.761 μg/mL.
為提高韆層塔產黃青黴屬內生真菌SHB液體髮酵產石杉堿甲的產量,通過單因子和正交試驗研究瞭真菌SHB液體髮酵的條件.結果錶明,韆層塔內生真菌SHB液體髮酵產石杉堿甲的適宜條件:溫度為 28 ℃,起始pH為 6.4,接種量為12%,種齡為 48 h,轉速為 160 r/min,髮酵時間為 8 d.在此條件下,石杉堿甲的產量可達 4.761 μg/mL.

In order to increase the output of Huperzine A by endophytic fungus SHB (Penicillium chrysogenum) from Huperzia serrata (Lycopodium serratum), the liquid fermentation conditions was studied through single factors and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the most suitable liquid fermentation conditions of SHB to produce Huperzine A were 28 ℃, starting pH at 6.4, inoculation volume at 12%, strain seed instar at 48 h, 160 rpm to ferment for 8 d. Under these conditions the yield of Huperzine A could reach 7.210 μg/mL.
