[目的]了解金盏花的养分需求规律及生产潜力.[方法]通过大田试验研究金盏花干物质积累和分布的动态变化规律,并考察其生产潜力等特征特性.[结果]植株的最大干物质积累速率出现在7月下旬,根的最大干物质积累速率出现在6月26日,茎枝的最大干物质积累速率出现在6月中、下旬,鲜花的最大干物质积累速率为2.4 g/d,出现在8月15日.苗期的叶片干物质积累量在植株干物质积累量中的比例高于60%,开花后根系的比例最大,7月下旬茎枝的比例最大.金盏花的有效分枝可达100个,鲜花产量高于45 t/hm2,单花鲜重为7.5~20.0 g,株高为85~100 cm,鲜花的叶黄素含量为12.5~16.5 g/kg.[结论]金盏花有2个旺长期,分别在现蕾期和初花-盛花期,其干物质积累呈"慢-快-慢-快-慢"的变化规律.

[Objective]The aim of the study was to learn about the nutrient requirement characteristics and productive potential of calendula. [Method]The dynamic variation rule of dry-matter accumulation and distribution in calendula was studied and its characteristics including productive potential were investigated through field experiment. [Result]The highest dry-matter accumulation rate in plant occurred in late Jul., that in root occurred on Jun. 26th, that in stems and branches occurred in middle and late Jun. and that in fresh flower was 2.4 g/d and occurred on Aug. 15th. The proportion of dry-matter accumulation amount in leaf in that of the whole plant was higher than 60% in the seedling stage, the proportion in root was biggest after blooming and the proportion in stems and branches was biggest in late Jul. The calendula could have 100 effective branches at most, its fresh flower yield was higher than 45 t/hm2, its fresh weight of single flower was 7.5-20.0 g, its plant height was 85-100 cm and its lutein content in fresh flower was 12.5-16.5 g/kg. [Conclusion]Calendula had 2 vigorous growth periods and they occurred in aquaring stage and initial-full flowering stage resp. Its dry-matter accumulation showed variation rule of "slowly-fast-slowly-fast-slowly".
