以两级雾化超重力旋转床为例,用化学吸收法考察了超重力因子β、液体流量、气体流量等对体积传质系数K_yα的影响.结果表明:多级雾化超重力旋转床的体积传质系数随气液流量的增加而增加,在β较小时,实验曲线的斜率较大,K_yα随β的增加急剧增加;但是当β超过100后,曲线的斜率减小,K_yα随β的增加缓慢增大.
以兩級霧化超重力鏇轉床為例,用化學吸收法攷察瞭超重力因子β、液體流量、氣體流量等對體積傳質繫數K_yα的影響.結果錶明:多級霧化超重力鏇轉床的體積傳質繫數隨氣液流量的增加而增加,在β較小時,實驗麯線的斜率較大,K_yα隨β的增加急劇增加;但是噹β超過100後,麯線的斜率減小,K_yα隨β的增加緩慢增大.

The volumetric mass transfer coefficient was measured by chemical absorption reactions for two-stage spraying rotating packed bed (RPB) under different operating conditions. Effects of the high gravity factor β, the liquid flux and the gas flux on the volumetric mass transfer coefficient k_y α in the RPB were investigated. Experimental results showed that the volumetric mass transfer coefficient K_yαincreases with the gas and the liquid fluxes. When β is small, the experimental curve slope is larger, and k_yα increases sharply with the β increase. While, when β reaches to 100, the experimental curve slope becomes small, and k_yα increases slowly with the β increase.
