炎症与肿瘤存在相关性,但对其分子机制却知之甚少.最近研究发现,核因子κB抑制物激酶-核因子κB (IKK·NFκB)信号途径在炎症相关性肿瘤中发挥积极作用.活化IKK-NFκB信号途径主要通过上调促炎症基因的表达和下调抗凋亡蛋白的表达对肿瘤发生起作用.此外,肿瘤周围异常微环境也可激活IKK-NFκB信号途径,调节与肿瘤发生发展有关的一系列靶基因的表达,促进肿瘤发展.

There have been increasing evidences supporting the relationship between inflammation and tumor,but the exact molecular mechanism correlating the two remaines nebulous. Recently,it is found that IKK- NFκB signaling pathway plays a critical role in inflammation-associated tumor. The major pro-tumorigenic func-tion of IKK-NFκB signaling pathway is to upregulate production of key pro-inflammatory cytokines and/or to in- duce the expression of genes coding for anti-apoptosis proteins. In addition, abnormal microenvironment around tumor can activate IKK-NFκB signaling pathway,whose target genes contribute to tumorigenesis. This review fo-cuses on IKKP-NFκB signaling pathway, which is a crucial mediator in inflammation - induced tumor promotion and progression, as well as an important modulator of tumor me-tastasis.
