传统的污水生物膜裁体填料在经济环保、操作管理、能源消耗等诸多方面还存在许多不足,聚烯烃短管悬浮填料克服了这些缺点,但在污水处理中作为生物膜的载体,其比表面积直接影响微生物的生长,决定了水处理效率.通过改进填料结构,增大比表面积,从而提高水处理效率.由于填料结构比较复杂,其模具设计是否合理直接影响挤出成型.在填料挤出成型过程中,通过研究不同物料在同一模具中的流动状态,找出机头结构对物料流动性的影响规律,设计并改进模具,调整工艺条件,生产出理想的制品.

Traditional biomembrane filler which used in wastewater treatment had many deficiencies on economic environmental protection,operations management,energy consumption and other aspects. Polyolefin short-tube suspended filler had conquered such deficiencies, but when it was used as carrier for biomembrane in wastewater treatment , its specific surface area influenced the propagation of animalcule and determined the efficiency of water treatment directly. The efficiency of water treatment was increased through ameliorating the configuration of filler and augmenting specific surface area. The configuration of new filler was so complicated that extrusion moulding was dereetly affected by the design of mold. The rule between the configuration of extrusion die and the fluidness of polymer was found by the research of the filler's extrusion moulding. By the rule, the mold was designed and ameliorated, technics was regulated, manufacture perfect was produced.
