针对液压自动厚度控制(AGC)系统中轧辊偏心信号的补偿问题,提出一种基于自适应小波阈值去噪算法的补偿方法. 该方法根据噪声在小波变换下的特性自适应地确定小波分解的阈值,将去噪信号的信噪比作为性能指标,采用黄金分割法进行寻优,得到最优的阈值参数. 仿真结果表明,该方法比原有的阈值去噪方法效果更佳,对液压AGC系统中轧辊的偏心信号具有良好的补偿效果.
針對液壓自動厚度控製(AGC)繫統中軋輥偏心信號的補償問題,提齣一種基于自適應小波閾值去譟算法的補償方法. 該方法根據譟聲在小波變換下的特性自適應地確定小波分解的閾值,將去譟信號的信譟比作為性能指標,採用黃金分割法進行尋優,得到最優的閾值參數. 倣真結果錶明,該方法比原有的閾值去譟方法效果更佳,對液壓AGC繫統中軋輥的偏心信號具有良好的補償效果.

To solve the problem of compensation of roll eccentricity signal of hydraulic automatic gauge control(AGC) system, a new method based on adaptive threshold de-noising method is proposed. The new method can self-adaptively decide the threshold of wavelet analysis, and make the SNR as a function of the parameter of the filter to acquire the optimal threshold parameter using golden section method. Simulation shows that the result of de-noising with this new method is much better than the original method and have a better result on the compensation of roll eccentricity signal on hydraulic AGC system.
