发展了一套高性能0.5T永磁MRI系统,包括具有人体尺寸和创新结构的磁体、具有特点的前放、收发开关、RF线圈、有源匀场线圈和主磁场温度稳定系统等.针对该系统,研发了SE、GE、FSE和灌注、扩散成像序列;基于非均匀场理论,发展了反缠绕相位校正、T1和T2值的误差校正等新方法.系统地研究了并行RF线圈的设计和重建算法;完成了介入和手术导航系统的顶层设计及若干关键技术.用QA和QC的规则进行的测量证明,系统达到了预期技术指标.我们在商用设备上开发的SS-FP、扩散谱成像等序列,以及DCE-MRI药物代谢动力学等方法也正在探索如何在0.5T永磁系统上实现的可能性.这些工作扩展了研究项目的内容,提高了研究的整体水平.

A 0.5T permanent magnet MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging)system was developed,which includes the R & D of a human sized new structure magnet,a higher performance pre-amplifier/switch circuit,RF coils,temperature stability system,SE(Spin Echo),GE(Gradient Echo),FSE(Fast Spin Echo),perfusion,diffusion pulse sequences and new phase unwrapping & T1.T2 correction methodologies.We systematically studied the design and reconstruction method for parallel imaging technologies,completed the structure design for imaging guided intervention software system and realized some of these key technologies.The system specifications were measured and satisfied according to the national standard for QA(quality assurance)/QC(quality control).In commercial MRI,the pulse sequence of SSFP(Steady State Free Precession),new dynamical analysis methods for DCE-MRI(dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI),and spectroscopic limited DWI(diffusion-weighted imaging)were developed,which are on the way to be realized on 0.5T MRI system along with the progress of the magnetic field uniformity and system stability.All of these research results expand the investigation range and enhance the overall system to a higher level.
