采用Agilent112-88A7 HP-88毛细管色谱柱的气相色谱和Avatar 370傅里叶转换红外光谱相结合的方法,对质子转移膜式电化学氢化制备的低反式脂肪酸的大豆油脂进行分析,其中气相色谱法中各脂肪酸的检出限为3.2~11.4μg/mL,相对标准偏差为0.30%~1.45%,试验表明两种方法对反式脂肪酸的定量结果一致;经过6 h的电化学氢化反应,当氢化大豆油脂的碘价由原料油的130.04 g I_2/100 g下降到88.86g I_2/100 g时,亚麻酸9c,12c,15cC18:3质量分数由6.84%下降到0.28%,硬脂酸C18:0质量分数由4.36%上升到10.44%,产品中反式脂肪酸质量分数为8.62%,主要是7.15%的9tC18:1,0.74%的9t,12tC18:2和0.36%的9t,12t,15tC18:3.
採用Agilent112-88A7 HP-88毛細管色譜柱的氣相色譜和Avatar 370傅裏葉轉換紅外光譜相結閤的方法,對質子轉移膜式電化學氫化製備的低反式脂肪痠的大豆油脂進行分析,其中氣相色譜法中各脂肪痠的檢齣限為3.2~11.4μg/mL,相對標準偏差為0.30%~1.45%,試驗錶明兩種方法對反式脂肪痠的定量結果一緻;經過6 h的電化學氫化反應,噹氫化大豆油脂的碘價由原料油的130.04 g I_2/100 g下降到88.86g I_2/100 g時,亞痳痠9c,12c,15cC18:3質量分數由6.84%下降到0.28%,硬脂痠C18:0質量分數由4.36%上升到10.44%,產品中反式脂肪痠質量分數為8.62%,主要是7.15%的9tC18:1,0.74%的9t,12tC18:2和0.36%的9t,12t,15tC18:3.

The composition of soybean oil with reduced trans fatty acids(TFAs)produced by electrochemical hydrogenation via proton exchange membrane was analyzed.A detection limit 3.2~11.4μg/mL and a relative stand-ard deviation 0.30%~1.45%were obtained from gas chromatography.The data from GC with Agilent 112-88A7HP-88 capillary column was much correspondence with those from Avatar 370 Fourier transform infrared spectrosco-py.After 6 h process of electrochemical hydrogenation,hydrogenated soybean oil of Ⅳ 88.86(g I_2/100 g)wag yiel-ded flrom material oil of Ⅳ 130.04(g I_2/100 g).The content of 9c,12c,15c C18:3 in the hydrogenated soybean oil decreased fmm 6.84%to 0.28%,and the content of C18:0 increased from 4.36%to 10.44%.Results show the hy-drogenated soybean oil contains total TFAs of 8.62%,including 9tC18:1 of 7.15%,9t,12tC18:2 of 0.74%and 9t,12t,15tC18:3 of 0.36%.
