促进生态文明建设的产业结构是以经济-社会-环境的全面、高效、协调、可持续发展为目标,以产业生态学为理论依据,以科学发展观和循环经济思想为指导,从根本上解决"高消耗、高污染、高排放、难循环、低效率"的生产方式;节约资源能源和保护生态环境的产业结构,其本质是可持续的产业发展模式.本文对促进生态文明建设的产业结构特征进行分析,认为其基本特征为人与自然协调发展、产业生态化与生态产业化和多目标性;基于系统论方法,本着和谐、高效、持续与整体性的原则,本文对该产业结构模式设计的内容和流程进行了系统的分析,建立了促进生态文明建设的产业结构的体系及其体系架构图.

Industrial structure promoting conservation culture construction is an essentially sustainable mode of industry development. That is a resource-saving, energy-saving and environment-protecting industrial structure. It thoroughly remodels the traditional pro-duction of over-consumption, heavy-pollution, heavy-emission, vicious circle and inefficiency. It aims at comprehensive, efficient, harmonious, sustainable development of economy-society-environment, and bases on industrial ecology under the guidance of scien-tific concept of development and circular economy. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the industrial structure, that is, harmony between human and nature, industrial ecologicalization and ecological industrialization, and multi-objective. Based on system theory and the principles of unisonance, efficiency, sustainability and comprehension, we presentes its contents and flow of design, and developes a system of industrial structure promoting conservation culture construction and its system structure framework.
