A new determination method of the gliclazide form amide was developed. The sample was decomposed was buried to carbon dioxide, bromine compounded into titrated potentiometrically with standard solution of silver intermediate 3 - Bromo - 2 - oxo - eyelohexyl oxygen flask method. The carbon in the sample potassium bromide. The resulting bromide was nitrate. This method could be used in a large scale and the relative error was less than 1%.
