目的 观察YX-1型便携式数字化隐斜仪在招飞体检中使用的稳定性、可靠性及准确性.方法 于眼科暗室内使用YX-1型便携式数字化隐斜仪及东方红型隐斜计分别检查442名受检学生的内隐斜、外隐斜和上隐斜.两种仪器各检查 3 次,每次间隔 3~5 min.分析检查结果的稳定性,并对两种仪器的检查结果进行相关性分析.结果 两种仪器的检查结果均具有较好的稳定性(F=0.070~0.278,P=0.758~0.933).3项隐斜指标的两种仪器检查结果之间有较好的相关性(r=0.672~0.876,P<0.01).3项隐斜指标的两种仪器检出结果一致性较好(kappa=0.592~0.811);不合格率两种仪器检出结果间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.250~3.25,P>0.05).结论 YX-1型隐斜仪使用简单、重复性好、性能稳定且检测精度高,两种仪器检测结果密切相关,所以完全可以替代东方红型隐斜计,作为招收飞行学员体检用仪器.

Objective To observe the stability, reliability and accuracy of YX-1 type portable heterophoria instrument applied in the physical examination for pilot recruitment. Methods The YX-1 was used on 442 candidates for heterophoria examination. Simultaneously, another common used heterophoria instrument-Dongfanghong type was used for comparison purpose. Examinations were repeated for three times with 3-5 min intervals and results were analyzed. Results Both instruments showed good repetitiveness and stable performance in examination (F=0.070-0.278, P=0.758-0.933). All three types of detected phoria were highly correlated between 2 examinations (r=0.672-0.876, P<0.01). There was good concordance in 2 examinations for 3 kinds of heterophoria (kappa=0.592-0.811), and no fraction defective difference made by 2 instruments (χ2=0.250-3.125, P>0.05). Conclusions YX-1 type heterophoria instrument is easy operated with stable, reliable and accurate performance. The examination of instruments is significantly correlated. It could replace Dongfanghong type heterophoria instrument and be used in the physical examination for pilot recruitment.
