目的探讨人际沟通培训对实习护生沟通能力及实习效果的影响.方法将60名护生随机分为试验组和对照组各30名,对照组采用传统临床教学方法带教,试验组在传统临床教学基础上,于实习12周开始对实习护生进行人际沟通能力培训.采用自行设计的护生沟通能力与实习效果调查表进行调查.结果实习36周后两组人际沟通能力与实习效果均显著提高,试验组效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01).结论沟通培训能全方面提高临床实习护生的综合素质,提高实习效果,为培养适应社会发展的新型护理人才提供良好的方法和科学的依据.

Objective To discuss the effect of interpersonal communication training on the ability of communication among practicing nurses. Methods 60 practicing nurses were divided into experimental and control groups, each group had 30.
