目的观察眼针结合中药内服对输尿管结石的治疗效果.方法 300例输尿管结石患者按就诊先后编号,采用随机数字表法随机分为3组.针药组120例采用眼针结合内服益气通淋排石饮；眼针组100例应用眼针针刺穴位；药物组80例口服自拟益气通淋排石饮.对3组疗效进行比较.结果针药组痊愈率80.0％ (96/120),总有效率95.0％ (114/120).眼针组痊愈率67.0％ (67/100),总有效率87.0％( 87/100).药物组痊愈率48.7％ (39/80),总有效率73.7％(59/80).针药组痊愈率、总有效率与眼针组、药物组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).眼针组痊愈率、总有效率与药物组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论针刺眼穴结合内服益气通淋排石饮是治疗输尿管结石的一种有效方法.

Objective To observe the curative effect of combined eye acupuncture and medicine on ureterolith.Methods The combination of eye acupuncture and medicine was used to treat 120 ureterolith cases.An eye acupuncture group and a medicine group were established for a comparison of the curative effects.Results The cure rate was 80.00％ and the total effective rate was 95.00％ in the combined eye acupuncture and medicine group.The cure rate was 67.00％ and the total effective rate was 87.00％ in the eye acupuncture group.The cure rate was 48.75％ and the total effective rate was 73.75％ in the medicine group.The cure rate and the total effective rate were significantly higher in the combined eye acupuncture and medicine group than in the eye acupuncture and medicine groups.Conclusion This clinical study shows that the combined eye acupuncture and medicine has a good curative effect on ureterolith.
