运用分离式霍普金森压杆技术,研究浮法玻璃和钢化玻璃在冲击条件下的σ-ε关系. 通过对两种玻璃进行低速冲击实验表明:浮法玻璃的冲击力学性能与传统陶瓷材料基本一致,而钢化玻璃除表现出传统脆性材料的弹性性能外,还进一步表现出金属材料的塑性屈服特性;在冲击破碎形态上,钢化玻璃和浮法玻璃差别显著,钢化玻璃呈颗粒状,而浮法玻璃呈细粉状. 由此可见,经淬冷处理后,钢化玻璃的冲击力学性能比浮法玻璃有显著提高.
運用分離式霍普金森壓桿技術,研究浮法玻璃和鋼化玻璃在遲擊條件下的σ-ε關繫. 通過對兩種玻璃進行低速遲擊實驗錶明:浮法玻璃的遲擊力學性能與傳統陶瓷材料基本一緻,而鋼化玻璃除錶現齣傳統脆性材料的彈性性能外,還進一步錶現齣金屬材料的塑性屈服特性;在遲擊破碎形態上,鋼化玻璃和浮法玻璃差彆顯著,鋼化玻璃呈顆粒狀,而浮法玻璃呈細粉狀. 由此可見,經淬冷處理後,鋼化玻璃的遲擊力學性能比浮法玻璃有顯著提高.

σ-ε relations of float glass and tempered glass have been studied with the split Hopkinson press bar (SHPB). Low velocity impacts were carried out by SHPB. Experimental results show that the impact properties of float glass are consistent with the properties of ceramics, while the impact properties of tempered glass behave as plastic yield besides elastic properties. Fragmentation forms of tempered glass are grainy, while float glass are powdery. The results show that the impact properties of float glass have been greatly improved after the air chilling.
