寒冷地区的混凝土坝工程,常采用表面保温措施以避免裂缝的产生.本文对越冬期间保温和不保温时混凝土表面温度进行了计算,并根据碾压混凝土的材料特性,采用三维有限元浮动网格法对寒冷地区某碾压混凝土重力坝在不保温、采用5 cm厚和8 cm厚的聚苯乙烯泡沫板保温3种情况下的温度场和温度应力进行了全过程仿真计算,分析了保温板的保温效果以及不同的保温层厚度的影响.结果表明;对寒冷地区碾压混凝土坝进行表面保温,可以大大提高坝体表面的温度,从而减小坝体的表面温差和最大拉应力,有利于防止坝体表面裂缝的产生.

The superficial insulation is often used to avoid the crack for the concrete dam in cold area. According to the material property of RCC,the temperature field and thermal stress of certain RCC gravity dam in cold area are simulated and analyzed by means of three-dimensional finite element relocating mesh method without heat insulting and with 5 cm and 8 cm polystyrene slab for keeping warm. Moreover,the effect of superficial insulation and influence of different depth on temperature field and thermal stress are analyzed. The results show that superficial insulation of RCC dam in cold area can increase superficial temperature of dam greatly. Accordingly,the superficial temperature difference and maximal tensile stress of the dam can be decreased to avoid the crack of dam surface.
