建立了紫外分光光度法测定药物来曲唑含量的方法.在乙腈溶液中, 来曲唑的最大吸收波长在240 nm处,摩尔吸收系数为3.396×104 L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),来曲唑的浓度在2.89×10~(-6)~2.31×10~(-5) mol/L范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系.该方法操作简单,重现性好,准确,用于来曲唑片剂含量的测定,结果满意.
建立瞭紫外分光光度法測定藥物來麯唑含量的方法.在乙腈溶液中, 來麯唑的最大吸收波長在240 nm處,摩爾吸收繫數為3.396×104 L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),來麯唑的濃度在2.89×10~(-6)~2.31×10~(-5) mol/L範圍內吸光度與濃度呈良好的線性關繫.該方法操作簡單,重現性好,準確,用于來麯唑片劑含量的測定,結果滿意.

A new method for the determination of letrozole by UV spectrophotometry was developed. Using acetonitrile as solvent and 240 nm measuring wavelength, the absorbance is proportional to the concentration of letrozole in the range of 2.888×10~(-6)~2.310×10~(-5) mol/L. The method was quite simple, reproducible, accurate and reliable. It is applicable to the determination of the content of letrozole in tablet.
