根据材料力学计算压力室筒体参数,利用Pro/E WildFire 3.0的三维实体造型功能,建立三轴试验压力室三维模型,将筒体模型导入ANSYS形成相应的三维有限元模型,对压力室简体进行有限元分析,得出简体应力分布云图,为压力室的设计制造提供可靠的理论依据.

Calculating parameters of pressure chamber's cylinder according to the material mechanics,using the three-dimensional solid modeling capabilities of Pro/E WildFire3.0,and establishing the three-dimensional model of the three-axis pilot pressure chamber.Then,forming the corresponding three-dimensional finite element model by importing the cylinder model into ANSYS.Through the analysis of the cylinder pressure chamber,obtain the cloudy picture of stress distribution of cylinder and provide the theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of pressure chamber.
