中国石化九江分公司化肥循环水场回用混合补充水(简称中水)后,监测试管的腐蚀速率连续数月超标,通过分析水质波动原因,确认中水水质超标与水量波动有关。经改进水处理过程中加药、杀菌方式及多项配套管理措施,控制水中总磷及细菌,连续回用中水,大幅减少新鲜水消耗和污水排放,取得较好节水减排效益。

After the mixed-up water is being re-used in the fertilizer circulation water system in Sinopec Jiujiang Branch the corrosion rate of monitoring test tube is over the standard for successive months. With the result of the cause for the fluctuation of water quality it is confirmed that the excessive water quality is related to the fluctuation of water quantity.With the improvement in agent-addition, sterilization method and the con- trol of TP and bacteria in water in the course of water treatment a good benefit in water saving and emission reduction is obtained with a continuous re-use of mixed-up water, substantial reduction of both fresh water consumption and sewage discharge.
