目的 探讨准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视的适宜屈光度范围.方法 对55例(109只眼)高度近视患者行准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术.按术前等值屈光度分为3组.术后随诊12个月.研究术后效果并加以比较.结果 术后第12个月裸眼视力达最佳矫正视力:Ⅰ组75.0%,Ⅱ组72.5%,Ⅲ组48.5%.第12个月屈光度≤±1.0D:Ⅰ组80.56%、Ⅱ组75.00%、Ⅲ组51.52%.术后屈光回退值Ⅲ组最大.以上各项Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).Ⅰ、Ⅱ组haze发生少,程度轻,Ⅲ组haze较重.3组均无圆锥角膜发生,无严重术后眩光及夜间视力下降主诉.结论 LASEK术治疗-8.00~-12.00D近视疗效较好,治疗超过-12.00D的近视有发生较严重的屈光回退及haze等并发症的可能.
目的 探討準分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨鑲術治療高度近視的適宜屈光度範圍.方法 對55例(109隻眼)高度近視患者行準分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨鑲術.按術前等值屈光度分為3組.術後隨診12箇月.研究術後效果併加以比較.結果 術後第12箇月裸眼視力達最佳矯正視力:Ⅰ組75.0%,Ⅱ組72.5%,Ⅲ組48.5%.第12箇月屈光度≤±1.0D:Ⅰ組80.56%、Ⅱ組75.00%、Ⅲ組51.52%.術後屈光迴退值Ⅲ組最大.以上各項Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組與Ⅲ組差異有統計學意義(P<0.01).Ⅰ、Ⅱ組haze髮生少,程度輕,Ⅲ組haze較重.3組均無圓錐角膜髮生,無嚴重術後眩光及夜間視力下降主訴.結論 LASEK術治療-8.00~-12.00D近視療效較好,治療超過-12.00D的近視有髮生較嚴重的屈光迴退及haze等併髮癥的可能.

Objective to observe the effective limits of tbe laser subepithelial keratomileusis for high myopia. Methods We reviewed the data on 55 patients (109eyes) with high degree myopia who have received LASEK surgery .These patients were divided in to three groups. Results The percentage of UCVAthat reached BSCVA after 12 months was:group Ⅰ 75.0% ;group Ⅱ 72.5% ;group Ⅲ 48.5% .The percentage of refraction greater or equal±1.0D at 12 months was: for group Ⅰ, 80.56%; for group Ⅱ, 75%; and for group Ⅲ, 51.52%.tbe percentage for group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were all statistically significant (P <0.01 ) from grou pⅢ. At 12 months,no or very mild haze was detected in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ ,but the rate of corneal haze was relatively high in group Ⅲ. Conclusions LASEK is effective for the correction of the myopia with the refraction between-8.00D and-12.00D. But some severe complications may occur when refraction≥-12.25D.
