目的 研究纳米载银树脂中抗菌剂的分散及银离子的析出情况,为进一步研究其加工工艺、抗菌长效性及使用安全性提供依据.方法 用球磨法将以磷酸复盐为载体的纳米载银抗菌剂STR-1按一定比例添加到义齿基托聚合物粉体中,制作抗菌剂浓度分别为0、5和10 g/L的3组纳米载银树脂片各6片,其中3片规格为10 mm×10 mm×1 mm,用于扫描电镜观察树脂片表面抗菌剂的分散情况;另外3片规格为70 mm×70 mm×2.5 mm,分别浸泡在人工唾液中,每24 h取样1次,用电感耦合等离子质谱法测定银离子的平均析出量,观察54 d.结果 扫描电镜下可见纳米载银抗菌剂在树脂片中分散较均匀,有少量较小的团聚体,无大的团聚体形成;抗菌剂含量为5 g/L和10 g/L的纳米载银树脂片在人工唾液中浸泡54 d后累积析出银离子分别为0.953 μg和2.520 μg,分别占各自银离子总含量的0.026%和0.034%.银离子析出速度非常缓慢,银离子累积析出曲线呈"S"型,早期析出缓慢,中期析出相对加速,后期又趋于缓慢、稳定.结论 纳米载银抗菌剂STR-1可较均匀地分散于树脂中,54 d内纳米载银树脂中银离子析出微量且速度缓慢.
目的 研究納米載銀樹脂中抗菌劑的分散及銀離子的析齣情況,為進一步研究其加工工藝、抗菌長效性及使用安全性提供依據.方法 用毬磨法將以燐痠複鹽為載體的納米載銀抗菌劑STR-1按一定比例添加到義齒基託聚閤物粉體中,製作抗菌劑濃度分彆為0、5和10 g/L的3組納米載銀樹脂片各6片,其中3片規格為10 mm×10 mm×1 mm,用于掃描電鏡觀察樹脂片錶麵抗菌劑的分散情況;另外3片規格為70 mm×70 mm×2.5 mm,分彆浸泡在人工唾液中,每24 h取樣1次,用電感耦閤等離子質譜法測定銀離子的平均析齣量,觀察54 d.結果 掃描電鏡下可見納米載銀抗菌劑在樹脂片中分散較均勻,有少量較小的糰聚體,無大的糰聚體形成;抗菌劑含量為5 g/L和10 g/L的納米載銀樹脂片在人工唾液中浸泡54 d後纍積析齣銀離子分彆為0.953 μg和2.520 μg,分彆佔各自銀離子總含量的0.026%和0.034%.銀離子析齣速度非常緩慢,銀離子纍積析齣麯線呈"S"型,早期析齣緩慢,中期析齣相對加速,後期又趨于緩慢、穩定.結論 納米載銀抗菌劑STR-1可較均勻地分散于樹脂中,54 d內納米載銀樹脂中銀離子析齣微量且速度緩慢.
목적 연구납미재은수지중항균제적분산급은리자적석출정황,위진일보연구기가공공예、항균장효성급사용안전성제공의거.방법 용구마법장이린산복염위재체적납미재은항균제STR-1안일정비례첨가도의치기탁취합물분체중,제작항균제농도분별위0、5화10 g/L적3조납미재은수지편각6편,기중3편규격위10 mm×10 mm×1 mm,용우소묘전경관찰수지편표면항균제적분산정황;령외3편규격위70 mm×70 mm×2.5 mm,분별침포재인공타액중,매24 h취양1차,용전감우합등리자질보법측정은리자적평균석출량,관찰54 d.결과 소묘전경하가견납미재은항균제재수지편중분산교균균,유소량교소적단취체,무대적단취체형성;항균제함량위5 g/L화10 g/L적납미재은수지편재인공타액중침포54 d후루적석출은리자분별위0.953 μg화2.520 μg,분별점각자은리자총함량적0.026%화0.034%.은리자석출속도비상완만,은리자루적석출곡선정"S"형,조기석출완만,중기석출상대가속,후기우추우완만、은정.결론 납미재은항균제STR-1가교균균지분산우수지중,54 d내납미재은수지중은리자석출미량차속도완만.
Objective To investigate the distribution of antimicrobial agent STR-1 of nanometer level which was incorporated with ball-grinding method in the polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)denture base,and to study the release mode of silver ions from the base. Methods The distribution of the antimierobial agent in the PMMA denture base containing STR-1 at concentrations of 0 g/L,5 g/L,and 10 g/L Was examined with scanning electronic microscopy. Then,PMMA resin bases containing STR-1 at the three concentrations were respectively immersed in artificial saliva at 37 ℃ f0r 54 days. The release of silver ions from the resin bases was surveyed with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectroscopy(ICP-MS)every 24 hours.Results The antimicrobial agent incorporated by ball-grinding method was even-distributed with individual particles of nanometer level in the PMMA resin base.The release of silver ions from the PMMA resin with antimicrobial agent was extremely slow during the test,a very small fraction of the silver ions released.At the beginning of the test,the release speed was extremely slow,the speed increased rapidly in tlle middle of the test,and at the end of the test,the speed returned to slow and steady. The cumulative release curve of silver ions was of"S" type.Conclusions STR-1 can be even-distributed in the denture base,and the silver ions release from the base with extremely slow speed.It also indicates that biological safety and long-term antimicrobial efficacy of denture base containing silver-supported antimicrobial agents of nanometer level are possibly obtained based on their slow release of silver ions.
