目的 分析四年制本科护理学专业课程设置现状,为本科护理学专业课程体系的改革提供参考.方法 采用文献分析法,对44所院校四年制本科护理学专业的课程种类、开设率、开设门数、教学时数以及理论与实践学时比例等进行统计分析.结果 44所院校共开设了112门课程,每所院校开设课程门数平均是41.91±4.97门,平均教学时数为2 878.98±374.03学时.公共基础课程、医学基础课程和护理学专业课程三者的平均学时之比为1.00∶1.09∶1.31,理论课程与实践课程平均学时比例为2.55∶1.结论 四年制本科护理学专业课程种类多,各院校主干课程比较一致,开设率较高;代表护理学发展趋势的课程开设率相对较低.公共基础课程和医学基础课程教学时数在总教学时数中占有较大比重,实践教学时数比例较低.

Objective To analyze the status and problems of four-year undergraduate nursing curriculum so as to provide reference for further reform and consummating. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted through number of eourses, number of classes and proportion of courses setting on nursing eurric of 44 medical schools. Results It was found that 41.91 ± 4. 97 courses were set, the total teaching hours classes was 2 878.98 ± 374. 03, the proportion of common basic science courses, basic medical science courses and nursing courses was 1∶1.09∶ 1.31. Ratio of classroomteaching to practice was 2. 55∶ 1. Conchusions Many types of nursing courses have been set, the core courses in every university are similar and set commonly. However, those courses standing for the development of nursing profession are set rarely.The teaching hours of basic science and basic medical science possess great proportion, but their practice classes possess less.
