Rodents%Angiostrongylus cantoncnsis%Infection status
目的 了解深圳市广州管圆线虫鼠类终宿主自然感染的情况,为该地区广州管圆线虫病的预防控制提供依据.方法 采用分层随机抽样法采样,对捕获鼠的血清进行广州管圆线虫IgG抗体检测,解剖其心、肺组织进行虫体检查.用卡方检验比较各组感染状况.结果 共调查深圳市4个行政区鼠类331只,检出广州管圆线虫IgG抗体阳性鼠50只,阳性率为15.10%.心、肺病原学查见广州管圆线虫阳性鼠40只,阳性率为12.08%.捕获的鼠种98%是褐家鼠,感染率为15.38%;而其他鼠种共捕获6只,未查获感染鼠.雌鼠和雄鼠的感染率分别为23.33%和8.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).成年鼠的感染率高于幼年鼠(P<0.01).各行政区鼠类的广州管圆线虫感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 深圳市优势鼠种褐家鼠是本地区广州管圆线虫病的重要传染源.
目的 瞭解深圳市廣州管圓線蟲鼠類終宿主自然感染的情況,為該地區廣州管圓線蟲病的預防控製提供依據.方法 採用分層隨機抽樣法採樣,對捕穫鼠的血清進行廣州管圓線蟲IgG抗體檢測,解剖其心、肺組織進行蟲體檢查.用卡方檢驗比較各組感染狀況.結果 共調查深圳市4箇行政區鼠類331隻,檢齣廣州管圓線蟲IgG抗體暘性鼠50隻,暘性率為15.10%.心、肺病原學查見廣州管圓線蟲暘性鼠40隻,暘性率為12.08%.捕穫的鼠種98%是褐傢鼠,感染率為15.38%;而其他鼠種共捕穫6隻,未查穫感染鼠.雌鼠和雄鼠的感染率分彆為23.33%和8.28%,差異有統計學意義(P<0.01).成年鼠的感染率高于幼年鼠(P<0.01).各行政區鼠類的廣州管圓線蟲感染率差異無統計學意義(P>0.05).結論 深圳市優勢鼠種褐傢鼠是本地區廣州管圓線蟲病的重要傳染源.

Objective To investigate the natural infection situation of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in rodents in Shenzhen and to provide scientific evidences for control and prevention of Angiostrongylus cantoneasis infection.Methods Rodents stratified randomly in groups were detected for their Angiostrongylus cantonensis IgG in serum and worms in heart and lung.The data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0,and compared by Y2-test.Results A total of 331 rodents were collected from 4 administrative areas among which 50 rodents were positive for Angiostrongylus cantoneasis IgG with positive rate of 15.10%.The natural infection rate Was 12.08% according to the pathology detecting of the hearts and lungs.98% of the rodents were Rattus norvegicus with infection rate of 15.38%,while other 6 rodents were detected negative.The infection rate of female rats(23.33%)Was higher than that of males(8.28%)(P<0.01).Moreover,the infection rate of adult rats(19.81%)was much higher than that of immature rats(6.14%)(P<0.01).No difference among rats from different areas Was found(P>0.05).Conclusion The dominant rodent species Rattus norvegicus is the main infection source of Angiostrongylus cantonensis as an important final host in this area.
