microRNhs(miRNAs)是在动植物和病毒中发现的一个非编码单链小RNA,在肿瘤的发生和发展中起重要作用.目前认为,miRNAs对肿瘤的调控属于表观遗传学范畴.近年来,众多研究者开始关注人类结直肠癌的miRNAs表达谱,并深入探究miRNAs所处的调节网络.作者综述了有关结直肠癌miRNAs表达异常及作用机制的最新研究,以期为结直肠癌表观遗传学干预找到新的切入点.

microRNAs(miRNAs)are endogenous,small noncoding RNA molecules discovered in animals, plants and virHse.They play a critical role in developmental and physiological processes and are implicated in the patho genesis of many human cancers.Presently,human cancer,including colorectal cancer,is recognized as both a genetic and epigenefic disease.Changes induced by miRNAs are considered as epigenetic changes.Experiments were largely performed to analyze the colorectal microRNAome and bio-networking involving miRNAs.This review focuses on recent advanccs in colorectal miRNA expression profiles.Further,we discuss the regulatory network of miRNAs in the inifiation and carcinogenesis of colon cancer in order to open up an avenue of anticancer therapy based on the epigenetic regulation by miRNAs.
