目的:探讨Fas蛋白在大鼠脑损伤后不同时间的表达规律.方法:建立大鼠脑损伤模型.应用免疫组织化学染色方法和图片分析软件Image-Pro Plus6.0对脑损伤后不同时段皮质和海马区的Fas蛋白表达进行检测,并做Fas表达高峰时的稳定性实验.结果:伤后0.5 h Fas开始表达,此后浓度逐渐升高,至伤后48 h达峰值,其后开始下降,至伤后14 d左右表达基本消失.结论:Fas有望成为脑损伤后损伤时间推断的可靠指标.

목적:탐토Fas단백재대서뇌손상후불동시간적표체규률.방법:건립대서뇌손상모형.응용면역조직화학염색방법화도편분석연건Image-Pro Plus6.0대뇌손상후불동시단피질화해마구적Fas단백표체진행검측,병주Fas표체고봉시적은정성실험.결과:상후0.5 h Fas개시표체,차후농도축점승고,지상후48 h체봉치,기후개시하강,지상후14 d좌우표체기본소실.결론:Fas유망성위뇌손상후손상시간추단적가고지표.
Objective: To inquire the expression of Fas after brain injury in rats. Methods:The model of brain injury in rats was established. The expression of Fas in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus was detected by immunohistochemistry and the Results were assessed by Image-Pro Plus6.0.We also studied the stability of the fas expression of the peak. Results:The expression of Fas could be detected thirty minutes after the injury, and then it increased gradually, reached the peak twenty-four hours after the injury, then decreased gradually, and returned to undetectable level fourteen days after the injury. Conclusion:The Fas protein may be used as one of reliable indicators in estimation of time after brain injury.
