纳米二氧化钛以其优异的性能成为半导体光催化剂的杰出代表,探寻优良的二氧化钛制备工艺有着重要的现实意义.本文主要介绍了近年来国内外纳米二氧化钛制备工艺的研究状况,根据反应体系的物理形态将制备工艺分成气相、液相、固相三大类进行阐述,在此基础上分析比较了不同制备工艺的优缺点,最后展望了今后的发展方向.

Nano-titania has become a representative of semiconductor photocatalysts due to its excellent properties.Methods for the preparation of titania with good performance are very important in practice.This paper provides a review on the recent progress in nano-titania preparation,including gas,liquid and solid phase processes.The advantages and disadvantages of each process are summarized and analyzed based on the physical forms of the precursors.Prospects for future development in nano-titania preparation are proposed.
