通过分析目前我国高职教师绩效考核体系中存在的问题,针对其中不甚人性化的管理方法,融入人本价值取向,并尝试吸收奖惩性评价与发展性评价的各自优点,扬长避短,建立高职教师复合性考评指标体系,以期达到更科学、更和谐地评价教师的目的.推动教师与高校的共同进步、可持续发展.

By analyzing the evaluation to focusing on the problems in vocational collage faculty about performance evaluation, especially the unsci-entific management of evaluation, combining the evaluation in rewards and punishment and continuous development, this paper has put forward a composite evaluation system for university faculty, in order to evaluation the vocational collage faculty more scientifically and harmoniously, and promote the harmonigus advancement and continuous development of faculty and collages.
