研究了退火温度对棒材组织、硬度及力学性能的影响,确定了变形量对铌钽合金棒再结晶退火温度的影响规律.结果表明,随变形量的增大,材料的再结晶退火温度降低.变形量为90%时,锻造棒材的再结晶退火温度为1000~1050℃;变形率95%时,轧制棒材的再结晶退火温度为950~1000℃.
研究瞭退火溫度對棒材組織、硬度及力學性能的影響,確定瞭變形量對鈮鐽閤金棒再結晶退火溫度的影響規律.結果錶明,隨變形量的增大,材料的再結晶退火溫度降低.變形量為90%時,鍛造棒材的再結晶退火溫度為1000~1050℃;變形率95%時,軋製棒材的再結晶退火溫度為950~1000℃.

The influences ofrecrystallization annealing temperature on microstmcture,hardness and mechanical property of Nb-7Ta alloy Were studied.The relation between deformation degree and recrystallization annealing temperature was determined.The results show that,the recrystallization annealing temperature decreases with the increase of deformation degree.The recwstallization annealing temperature of Nb-7Ta alloy bar is determined as follows:1000~1050℃for forging (900/o)rodand950~1000℃for rolling(95%)rod.
