Material Weighing Precision System, as the eore, takes the most important role in Concrete Mixing Station. Its precision deter-mines directly the products' quality. And the main diffculties of the weighing measurement are on the rapid transition and stabilization of the implementation of various kinds of material flows. Aiming at how to implement the Material Weighing Precision System, this paper puts forward the integration separation PID control a new method which is necessary and useful for improving the quality of eoncrete mixing, and is easy for computing and with good Robust and high reliability that can reduce markedly the Overshoot.
