The existed cooler in Beilun Power Plant has two problems during operation: cooling power
inefficient and working medium leaking. The measure to solve those two problems has been found and
presented in this paper. And a new style of cooler--total counter carrent tube--casing cooler is
designed. Figs 2, tables 2 and refs2.
