目的:本文观察了Qi盐对大鼠实验性高血脂、血黏度及人tRBC变形能力的作用.方法:建立大鼠高血脂模型,将Qi盐灌胃给予上述大鼠,剂量分别为0.05,0.1,0.3,1 g·kg-1,连续20d后,检查大鼠血脂的变化.体外将人RBC与不同浓度Qi盐混合,使RBC溶液中含0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8,1.6 g·L-1Qi盐,37℃孵育1h后,用微孔滤膜法测RbC变形能力;正常大鼠连续灌胃Qi盐20d,剂量分别为0.1,0.3,1 g·kg-1,采血测血黏度.结果:Qi盐降低大鼠血胆固醇和LDL胆固醇,而1 g·kg-1Qi盐还增加大鼠血HDL-胆固醇;Qi盐能增加人RBC变形能力,0.8 g·L-1浓度时作用最强,浓度增高或降低,对RBC变形能力的影响减弱;0.3 g·kg-1或1 g·kg-1的Qi盐可提高全血血黏度,但提高幅度不及普通盐.结论:Qi盐能增加RBC变形能力,且有一定的降低血脂趋势.

목적:본문관찰료Qi염대대서실험성고혈지、혈점도급인tRBC변형능력적작용.방법:건립대서고혈지모형,장Qi염관위급여상술대서,제량분별위0.05,0.1,0.3,1 g·kg-1,련속20d후,검사대서혈지적변화.체외장인RBC여불동농도Qi염혼합,사RBC용액중함0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8,1.6 g·L-1Qi염,37℃부육1h후,용미공려막법측RbC변형능력;정상대서련속관위Qi염20d,제량분별위0.1,0.3,1 g·kg-1,채혈측혈점도.결과:Qi염강저대서혈담고순화LDL담고순,이1 g·kg-1Qi염환증가대서혈HDL-담고순;Qi염능증가인RBC변형능력,0.8 g·L-1농도시작용최강,농도증고혹강저,대RBC변형능력적영향감약;0.3 g·kg-1혹1 g·kg-1적Qi염가제고전혈혈점도,단제고폭도불급보통염.결론:Qi염능증가RBC변형능력,차유일정적강저혈지추세.
AIM:To test the effect of Qi salt on rat experimental hyperlipemia, red blood cell deformability and blood viscosity. METHOD: (1) The Qi salt was given to the rats with hyperlipemia that caused by fat-rich diet for 20 d.The serum HDL-C, LDL-C, total cholesterol and triglyceride were determined. (2) The human red blood cell was incu-bated with different concentration of Qi salt at 37℃ for 1h. Then the red blood cell deformation was measured by methodof micro-pore infiltration. (3) The normal rats were treated with Qi salt for 20 d. The blood was drained from common carotid artery and the viscosity was tested. RESULTS: (1) The serum total cholesterol and LDL-C were lowered by Qidrop of the effect. (3) High dose of Qi salt may increase the blood viscosity but it was less strong than normal salt.CONCLUSION: Qi salt could increase the red blood cell deformation and may lower the serum lipid.
