Phytoplankton%Tan River%Huangmao Bay
2003年分别于8和12月对潭江下游及黄茅海入海口的浮游植物进行了调查.16个采样点不同时期的叶绿素a在0.28~37.50 mg/m3范围内变动,冬季叶绿素a的含量显著高于夏季.16个采样点共观察到浮游植物58属,71种,其中绿藻门27种,硅藻门19种,蓝藻门12种,其余为隐藻、裸藻和甲藻类.16个采样点浮游藻类3次采样的平均丰度在11.2万~69.7万个/L.硅藻丰度最高,优势种为梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella meneghiniana),湖沼圆筛藻 (Cosinodiscus lacustris),线形双菱藻(Surirella caproni);绿藻丰度居其次,优势种为栅藻(Scenedesmus spp.)等绿球藻目的种类;隐藻主要由啮噬隐藻(Cryptomonas erosa)组成;蓝藻和其他藻类丰度比较低.根据浮游植物种类组成和丰度,该调查水域属于中到富营养水平;浮游植物主要由淡水种类组成.

Phytoplankton in Lower Reaches of Tan River and Huangmao Bay was investigated in Aug. and Dec. 2003. Chla in 16 sampling stations at different time ranged between 0.28~37.50 mg/m3, and the content is obvious higher in winter than in summer. A total of 58 genera and 71 species were observed, among which, 27 species belong to Chlorophyta, 19 species belonged to Diatom, 12 species belonged to Cyanophyta and the others were Cryptophyta, Euglenophyta, Pyrrophyta. Average phytoplankton density in 3 times sampling at 16 stations ranged between 112 thousand ind./L to 697 thousand ind./L. Diatom mainly composed of Cosinodiscus lacustris,Surirella caproni, Cyclotella meneghiniana had the highest density. Chlorophyta, mainly composed of species of Chlorococcales had the second highest density. Crytophyta was mainly composed of Cryptomonas erosa. Other phyla including Cyanophyta had very low density. According to phytoplankton species composition and density, the study water can be classified as mid-eutrophic level and the freshwater species dominated by phytoplankton community.
